A couple of days ago we officially became Uncle Shane and Aunty Sarah!

Thats right, my biggest brother Fraser, and his wife Vicki had a baby boy called Rory.

I am still trying to get a full job description for my new title, and I’m also eagerly awaiting the news on what perks I get with it. Personally I’m hoping that my new Uncle status will come with a pay rise, a carpark, and possible a few randomly assigned Super Powers.

On the other side of the equation – Sarah isn’t looking to excited about the concept of being Aunty Sarah. I’m suspicious that this means she knows more about the expectations and day to day work load that comes with the new titles than I do – mabey shes seen a job description???

Anyway, I just thought I’d let you know that Uncle Shane is here to help. So if you need any advice from an authority figure then I’m here to help.
