Last night we met our wedding photographer… it was a great night. We went out to tea, and managed to spend most of the night talking about weddings, cameras, computers and excel formulas and shortcuts.

I think its fair to say our photographer is a bit of a geek – so he should fit in well at the wedding 😉

Ok, I suddenly thought calling him a geek could be taken the wrong way so I thought I’d check wikipedia for the definition of a geek just in case.

Ok, so while that description isn’t the best, I do find it ironic that this morning I rode a unicycle to work with a lap top strapped to my back….

I think in this case I’ll make my own definition for geeks based on the geeks I know… “Geeks are always looking for the easier way to do things, they love helping others and get a great sense of satisfaction in assisting others to learn new things or overcome problems. Often these problems relate to technology, but this is not a necessity”.

Got to go, the circus is calling.
