A camera trick that I’ve been wanting to try for a while…

I didn’t know how it would turn out.

For the geeks out there…

** I used the Depth of Field preview on one camera to fire the strobe function on the flash. Meanwhile I took a medium length exposure on the other camera long enough to capture a few flashes. This strobe allowed me to capture multiple ‘layers’ of splashing (one each time the strobe fired) flattened into one shot to maximise the messy splashing effect.

For the normal people…

** I put the duck in the shower.

And for the blippers out there…
