We know someone who keeps little christmas decorations hidden around the house

that way, occasionally…

open a cupboard

and a little xmas ‘smile’ jumps out at you.

I thought it was a bit strange

but I’m not a christmas person

although tonight I had a realisation

we do the same

with items from back home

so occasionally

open the fridge

and a bit of home jumps out

maybe it’s not quite so strange after all…
