It’s been on my to do list for a while

BBQ a whole chicken…

So, tonight we fired up the charcoal BBQ

skewered a full chicken

wrapped up some potato, kumara and corn in tin foil

and set about ticking something off my to do list.

My to do list has never been so yummy before!
