I headed out at 1.30 this afternoon

short sleeve tee. Car, top down.

Enjoying the sun.

And then, suddenly I wasn’t…

The sun had gone

the darkness was here

and the temperature plummeted

torrential rain for an hour

and then it eased a little

and then softened

and next thing you know

I’m running around in snow

still in my short sleeve tee.

Not really what I expect in south England in October?

Regardless, I think it’s now time to dig out the warm clothes from under the bed

It is officially now “hat weather”.
