I’ve spent the last two weeks, in my spare time, putting together a review based on the first 3 months in my job.

It’s turned into a rather detailed review, totalling over 50 pages and examining a number of core parts of the business.

I so sick of staring at the laptop!

Anyway, tomorrow it will be delivered to the first few members of our Exec team.

I know it will be well received

but after 3 only three months, it does feel a little like I’m sticking my neck out a bit… I’m starting to feel a little nervous even.

boy I hope it is well received!!! The alternative wouldn’t be good.
