Apparently 5 minutes of exercising in the great out doors can do wonders for your self esteem

No real surprise in that scientific study then… anyone who goes for a walk in a park could tell you that. But I suppose it’s nice to have it proven.

So this was my 5 minutes tonight.

S1 came with me for a change, I really liked that.

I wish she would come out walking more… but then again I can be a bit of a bore with the camera when there’s a good sunset to be had.

Either way, I feel better for my five minutes in the green.

Now off to bed, which reminds me of another scientific study
