Very quick blip tonight – not very exciting but have had a busy day getting ready for visitors.

Natalie, Luca and Matisse are coming to stay for the weekend on their way from Perth to Queenstown. Two little boys in the house will be interesting as we are very unchildproof!! Have spent today gathering up a portable cot and car seats, and clearing a bedroom of all my bits a pieces so it is ok for the boys to sleep in ……… and so they can’t get into mischief!

Fortunately we do have a good supply of boys toys – Jack loves these old cars and trucks …………. some of the farm vehicles travelled many miles through the sandpit when our boys were little, but obviously the sports cars were treated more kindly.

Their Dad is coming down after he finishes at the rally in Whangarei this weekend ……….. and then they will all be off to the skifields which are well coated in snow this year 🙂
