Mid winter, heaviest frost of the year ……. in fact we may have had our heaviest frosts for a few years as I can’t remember when we last had frost on our deck …………….. but these osteospernum are still flowering. Not as lush as in mid summer, but they are obviously determined to not give in so I decided they were deserving of a blip.

Used my 50mm lens reversed – our tutor talked about this at our course. We didn’t have time to try it, but I have used this trick for a few macro blips in the past.
