Weary tonight after a busy day in the garden, so a quick blip and off to bed.

On hpx’s recommendation we had [url=http://www.blipfoto.com/view.php?id=664660]this guy[/url] around to trim back some trees – he has done an excellent job if anyone in Christchurch is looking for an arborist. We now have a lot more light in parts of the house and no big branches hanging over our roof filling the spoutings with pine needles …….. and the trees still have a good shape and don’t look as though they have had a severe haircut 🙂

While he and his mate worked we tidied up some garden then helped with the clean up.

Also planning to paint the walls in our kitchen and a living room so have been trying to get colours to match what is already there – what a challenge. Hence the paint charts are out again and lots of pondering to be done …… one thing for certain is that, eventhough I like colour, the bright colours in this chart will not be going onto the walls of these rooms.
