I handed in my notice at work a few weeks ago

I’ve worked flat out ever since

I never did get the hang of ‘winding down’…

however today was a day I had to just shake my head and ask ‘why’. A day of politics and unnecessary work…

Amongst it all, I closed the teams biggest deal ever. Too busy to celebrate beyond a quick coffee.

5pm hit.

I made another fresh coffee, sat down with a blank document and finally started writing my handover notes.

It was a day packed with ups and downs…
