One year on…

This morning, I noticed my blip from a year ago

my first ambulance ride.

Looking back, I can’t believe the year that’s been.

and looking at this year it’s clear

without realising it, my back had been keeping us down for a while

A quick slice with a knife a year ago,

and our lives have been a lot better for it.

This time last year

I never would have imagined what we have achieved since

It’s been a very good 12 months

Given where it all started,

12 months on,
