I’ve never had a carving fork

it’s caused a number of infuriating moments

roast chickens, bbq roasted pig, winter roasted beef

most of them have gone shooting across the bench as the blunt knives and kitchen fort have failed to keep the carving under control

I’ve been looking for a decent fork for a long time

but good ones are a ridiculous amount

however while on holiday last week

S1 found a matching set

both the knife and fork on special

so she let me treat myself for the winter roast season

I’m a happy boy

and something tells me this weekend will be a roast weekend
