A late back blip as this was a busy day.

We moved my Mum from the dementia ward to the hospital wing. She is able to stay at the same rest home – which is excellent as the care she receives there is superb. Her medical health is fine, but her mobility is very limited and she now needs a higher level of nursing care.

Fortunately she has settled very well into her new home – helped a lot by the many staff who work in both areas of the home, so there are a lot of very familiar, friendly faces.

But, once again, we have acquired some extra furniture to store at our house – just as well my wee Honda Jazz can double as a removal van.
