I don’t really understand the English insistence that charcoal bbqs are the way to go.
After a number of taste tests I can’t taste any difference.
And the convenience of Gas makes it a hands down winner
Tonight, the rain threatened
But that wasn’t to stop us.
A full chicken, dial up to 200 degrees on the burners, lid down
And then the rain hit.
But that didn’t matter. With the lid down, the rain could do what it liked
We were back inside with the k knowledge the BBQ would keep a good constant temp for the hour required.
And by the time the chicken was done, the sun was peaking through again.
