Drove from Cotswolds to Glasgow this afternoon and stopped at Ironbridge on the way …… took us a while as we thought we knew better than the GPS. We went along numerous narrow lanes and saw much more of the countryside that if we had stuck to the GPS ‘quickest route’. But that’s what holiday are about isn’t it?!?!?

Ironbridge is a World Heritage site and what a wonderful place it is. We didn’t have near enough time there to explore the history …. maybe on another trip we will stay there for a night.
