Fresh out of the oven – smoked chicken and leek pie topped with mustard mash ….. deeelicioous 🙂

In the UK we had a yummy, scrummy smoked ham hock, cider and leek pie, but I didn’t have smoked ham hock so altered the recipe to use what I had in the fridge. Not quite traditional English, but not a bad substitute.
