On the way home we passed this gap filler – a project aimed a filling empty sections, caused by earthquake demolitions, with quirky activities.

This is a library……………… an old fridge display cabinet filled with books which are free for anyone to take and anyone can add to the collections.

Very clever idea – I must keep a look out for more gap fillers about the city.
