The Ugly – our garden when we arrived home after a month away. Very wet and very hot and very windy and very dry = struggling plants and thriving weeds!!

The Good – beautiful morning so into the garden for a full scale attack. Now looking much better.

The Bad – norwest gale this afternoon which slammed the back door while my finger was still in the way – ouch!!

The Good – after 2 hours at doc, some magic sticky repairy strip things in place, a big white bandage, and a tetanus shot, all is ok. No damaged bones or finger nail, so will repair super quick (I hope)

The Really Super Special Good – bought a new tripod today 🙂

………… that was before the finger fiasco, so will have to wait til tomorrow for a play 🙁
