I find it really funny that when we were little things were a lot simpler than today.

Today, baby gadgets cover all sorts of details that would have been done on gut feel in days gone by.

This one I love, It’s and egg which glows a different colour with various temperatures to make sure babys room is not too hot.

The thing that makes me laugh, is that the thermometer doesn’t help. Intuition says being able to monitor the room temp should reduce stress… but reality is somewhat different.

Having info to monitor at your fingertips can easily lead to more panic. Knowing a room is 23.5 rather than 21 only leads to extra stress.

So with that in mind, I have to admit, this gadget isn’t actually for baby… it’s for me. I’m just fascinated by having a colour changing egg.

In summary:

Ignorance is bliss.

Curiosity is even better!
