This is my team and my boss, “A”

It’s easily one of the best teams I’ve ever worked in. Everyone chips in to get the job done and have fun while we are doing it.

We can thank the man at the front for a lot of it.

It will tell you a lot about his management style to know that he was protesting this shot. He wanted to be with the team. It will also tell you a lot to see the piss-take Charlie Angles poses the team is making behind him.

He is an amazing manager. No, that’s too limited; he is an amazing man in general.

Everyone in the business knows him, he’s just one of those genuinely nice and helpful guys. Behind this exterior though, he has an amazing mind which cuts through the noise to hit the end solution long before anyone else.

His passion for people is part of what makes him special. He makes a real effort to ensure the whole team is getting the development they need, growing and learning all the time.

I always thought he was a risk taker, but the truth is that half of the time he’s already spotted the safety net that might be needed just in case the risks don’t pay off… although he always seems to be spot on in his gut feel of whats right.
