Today I made Sarah a present. It’s a baby probability chart.
Each day she can cross of the day before and get the probability of having a baby in the next 24 hours.
Tomorrows probability is 0.9% (pretty much 1/100).
There is a 83% probability she will make it through the next 9 days of work. Although 13% chance of not seems high!
It was fascinating putting it together. I’m amazed that no-one before now has mentioned to us that 70% of babies are born before their due date.
Today I’m grateful for:
– a little ray of sunshine after all the rain we have had.
– mp3s and digital music. I have my CDs out at the moment to re-rip and they are so bulky!
– graphs. My boss said the other day, “people either speak graph or they don’t”. It’s so true, and I definitely do.
