I can’t believe how amazing S1’s workmates are.

Last night they surprised her with a surprise baby shower. Something we hadn’t organised as we didn’t think we knew enough people…

So amazing.

And then, today, her last day at work, they showered her with gifts.

Even one of her US colleagues sent a gift over, and this amazing cardigan was hand knitted by one of her local workmates.

She had a smile when she got home and told me… a world apart from the look I expected on her face for her last day in the office for a while.

When she will go back is open ended at this stage.

I don’t know if she will fall in love with being off, or if the people contact and variety of work will call her back sooner than later?

Time will tell.
