The blueprint for the central city recovery was released today and it all looks good to me. I hope the people of Christchurch appreciate and support the work and expertise that have gone into the plan and look forward positively to our new Christchurch Business Area. It will be a long term recovery, but good to have a plan to follow instead of random redevelopment
