Today I sent the link to my photos on here to a really good friend at work,

but as I did it, I realised just how many of my photos have been last minute snaps of CJ recently.

I don’t think I’ve really made an individual effort for a photo since he came along.

So now that he’s into routine with sleeping, it’s time for an effort.

A simple 15 min is all it takes to make your own smile

and 15 min smiling today was time very well spent indeed.
