No creative blip tonight – took this with my phone when we took molly for a walk after dinner. Today was a bit of deju vu.

Morning – another physio treatment

Afternoon – another inspection of our property by Insurance

….. the driveway has to be replaced,

….. but that can’t be done until the house is repaired

….. and that won’t be done until we have another scope of works

….. and that won’t happen until we have been allocated a building company

….. and that won’t be until ??? because no-one can tell us when, how, by whom

….. all they tell us is “that is confidential information”!!

And so it goes on ………….. but we are the lucky ones as we can still safely live in our home.

Almost two years on and many people in our city are living in atrocious conditions, or paying exorbitant rentals, while waiting for progress on house repairs or replacements. I sincerely hope that 2013 will see some of these major housing issues resolved.
