Tried to organise another out of work gathering for today.

Because of the type of work we do, we employ a lot of introverts in the department,

meaning, it’s almost impossible to get many of them to turn up to anything social.

They enjoy it when they do come, but getting them there is tough work.

This time, we failed.

There was only the usual suspects (mainly from my team) + one other.

Actually, I take that back,

that’s not a failure, it just reinforces how luck I am to have such a good team.
