Taken from City Mall – the diggers are on the site of the [url=http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/details?mid=bce2df7f43dc880a8edc5c6ae0306ed4&prevstart=0]Holiday Inn[/url] and the [url=http://sketchup.google.com/3dwarehouse/details?mid=874aecc2d8914478fdb9393bf249be4b&prevstart=0]Westpac Centre[/url] with High St to the right – now there is nothing.

Decided it is time for some “2 years on” images so that I have a record of post earthquake life to look back at in the years to come……and I have linked to an excellent site of 3D views of many buildings to help us remember what we had before.

As I said yesterday, I like to use my lensbaby to soften the effect of the destruction. This makes it 3 days in a row that I have been in City Mall as I really wanted to blip this iconic corner of Christchurch. But I won’t go there tomorrow!!
