In a weak moment, a couple of weeks ago, I said ‘yes’ to a the question ‘will you please participate in a Roy Morgan National Consumer Poll’

What a mammoth exercise that is with one very thick A4 booklet, one thinner booklet, pages and pages covered in little squares, and questions, questions, questions. Sort of interesting, but very time consuming.

What they will learn about me:

I watch very little television,

I am healthy,

I travel a lot,

I am not a shopper, especially not in shopping malls,

There are an awful lot of Insurance and Finance companies that I have never heard of …………. but I have heard of a lot of car manufacturers,

I don’t smoke, and I don’t like fast food/takeaways,

There are a lot of things in supermarkets that I would never consider buying,

We have a lot of technology in our house.

What I learnt about me:

If I look at a page full of squares for a long time………….

…….I start going dotty!!!

And after reading and completing 160 pages of questions ………..I’m exhausted!!
