I don’t like mending much – would rather make something new.

However I [s]have[/s] had a big pile of mending, including quite a few things that we want to wear. So, after grocery shopping and visiting mum to give her lunch, I decided a cold wet afternoon was the perfect time to get out my sewing machine.

Very pleased with myself, as the last thing on my list of ‘things to do this week’ now has a big tick beside it 🙂
