This week our lovely family home will go up for sale.

We spent the weekend packing, cleaning, painting and finished the last jobs.

I’ll be sad to see it go. We have put so much effort into the place as our first home.

But, needs must. It will make a perfect house for some couple looking for that London commute with a taste of English village.

There’s not many places around for sale with a winery across the road, a park next door and still 26min to London.

I’m exhausted, but it’s sort of satisfying to I finally get the last of the DIY jobs done, even if they are for someone else’s benefit.
