We splashed out tonight for a mini celebration.

We will miss the little place. A lot of blood sweat and tears were pumped into transforming it, and a lot of memories were captured in it.

I think we will always miss our first little house, but honestly today, I’m just glad it’s gone smoothly. If we had had hassles with gazumping or shenanigans then it would have soured the memory of the little place. To see the sale go smoothly was the perfect farewell to a little house which has served us well.

So tonight we broke out the bubbles, fired up the BBQ for a special treat and toasted a farewell to our little house.
