A group of local friends and their families, with cocktails, beer, and bubbles made for a nice new year celebration.

Best memory of the night is definitely the bells at midnight, with the kids dancing Auld Lang Syne with us. I don't think the younger ones really knew what it was about… But loved the dancing all the same.

2013 was a year of challenges and plagued with heartache. We were lucky to have the support of some of the friends in this pic, and I cannot thank them enough for being both a distraction and help at the appropriate times.

Tomorrow brings a brand new year, which we are determined to make a great one!
