After a concerted effort over the past few days I have sorted my good photos into folders where I can quickly find them, and have transferred them to my tablet as well as backing them up on a couple of hard drives. Next time I go to Hanmer I will save them on a couple of hard drives there as well so I should always have one copy safe.

My lightroom photos are all saved by date, as are my JPEG keepers, but it is difficult to quickly find them when someone asks to see a particular trip or event.

Has been a bit of a boring job, although interesting going through our trips and family get-togethers over the past few years. Now I have to find my older photos which are not as well organised.

Since I started blipping I have created an huge number of photos. But at least the quality of my filing, and my photo taking skills, have improved dramatically so that’s a big plus.

EDIT – Just noticed that one year ago I set a goal to save a recipe a day into my dropbox. Failed on that as have only saved 50 recipes, but has been a chaotic year so I am starting that project again, although it won’t be an every day challenge.

Tonight’s recipe was another delicious slow cooker Pork Chops and Peaches
