A good friend arrived this morning from Australia for a few days.

No sooner had he climbed into the car at the airport and we gave him 2 choices for the day.

He choose Highland Games, so off we set.

We knew heavy rain was forecast from 4 which would give us a few hours… except the rain arrived at 1 instead.

It was pretty much a total wash out.

But he did see some of the Highlands, including that famous Highlands weather so could be worse.
