I do wonder at times like this if I’m being a bad parent.

CJ is charging across quite a dangerous looking playground climbing frame with a decent drop below him.

It’s definitely that sort of moment where other kids parents would be looking at me in horror, while my sun just giggles to himself and keeps climbing.

CJ’s looking fine, and getting quicker and quicker every lap around it he does. He’s even started sliding down the fireman’s pole at the end of it without needing me their either.

All that’s left for me to do is stand back and admire how he’s grown into a confident and capable 2 year old… And be there for a cuddle if he ever falls.

He might not be talking yet, but boy can that boy climb!

I’m sort of glad there’s only other kids in the park and not those judging adult eyes.
