It’s a waiting game for us at the moment.

In saying that, there is no point in me hanging around the hospital all day, so I headed into the office for the day. I was surprisingly productive, nothing like a deadline I suppose.

I bailed from the office slightly early to do a food run for S1. She has no option to hang around the ward all day, but I figured the least I could do was save her from the terrifying food menu.

It was pretty gratefully received… and then it was back to the waiting.

10pm rolled around and I headed home in the hope that we would both get some sleep.
