After watching S2,and also a Peter P cook roasts and other goodies on their hooded BBQ’s, ‘be’ thought we should have one.
That was a great decision!
We bought a Weber Q on the recommendation of two friends.
Today, in Hanmer, was assembly day (which was hardly difficult) and then came our “test drive”.
The roast lamb and veggies were perfect. Yum!
And so simple – just turn it on and walk away.
It sure beats the old turn and burn, and turn and burn method, on our old traditional Kiwi style BBQ. It will now only be retained for big groups of visitors and sausages!
