The very best thing about making salad dressing is finishing the tin of sweetened condensed milk.
As a little kid I used to spend my pocket money on a tin of this milk and then treat myself to a few spoonfuls each night.
And sometimes I was patient enough to wait 2 or 3 days for the crust on the top to harden. That was my real favourite.
Definitely not good for the teeth, but at age 8 or 9 did I care?
