S1 is still working through making all her favourite childhood memories.

And in the process, I think she’s making a whole new generation of memories.

Cooking and baking are skills passed down through the generations, but in our current ‘pre-prepared’ supermarket age, I’m constantly shocked at how little is being passed on. If we don’t teach our kids to cook, no-one will… and if they can’t cook, then their kids will never even stand a chance, relying on expensive pre-prepared, additive rich, foods instead of knowing the basics.
