We had a great birthday party this morning for a friends 1 year old little G. They hired a hall and had messy play, what an absolute blast!

CJ took forever to warm up to getting messy, meanwhile his best friend J was straight into the muddy water and flour – just comical!

We dashed home for an appointment to see the house, but it was an annoying no-show… so now we start the art of keeping the place tidy until the open home tomorrow! Time to get the kids out of the house I think!
