Today as a special treat, I took CJ to the mall – and it was just the two of us! First stop was to pick out some new shorts for summer. CJ has a great time choosing between the different colours and patterns.

And then we headed to Yoghurt Story for afternoon tea. We shared a small sundae, with CJ picking most of the toppings!

We will have to do this special treat again, especially as it was so nice to have quality 1:1 time with CJ. As he is growing up and going to preschool, and with his brother competing for attention, I have less 1:1 time with him. And I know he misses the time with me also.
