s1 invited us to CJ’s sports day and what a fun day it was.  It was CJ’s first sports day and he, along with most of his class, didn’t really know what to do, but they all tried their best – at shotputt, discus, long jump, high jump, hurdles, and sprints.

I did overhear one father saying “if I knew this was happening we would have had some training sessions” ……………  so next year might be a bit more competitive after some concentrated efforts by mums and dads ………… and in our house I know G will be very enthusiastic about helping CJ with sport.
