Holiday by the sea – as kids in NZ we all knew that Blackpool was the place to be for summer holidays in England …………… but it was a very different holiday from what we were used to.

We were driving up the M6 today so had to detour in for a look. Saw the lights, the tower, the entertainment and the donkeys that we had heard about, but there were very few people …………. and one of them was very tired obviously!!

I do have to admit that Blackpool was better than I expected…………. but I wasn’t expecting a lot!!
