I like lasagne but it is such a fiddle to make …….

– the mince

– the pumpkin (or tomato) sauce

– the cheese sauce

That’s 3 sets of pots, stirring spoons and sundry mixing and blending utensils

However it is very scrummy ……. and the mess is all cleaned up long before the meal is served so I can relax and enjoy a wee tipple while the lasagne gently heats in the oven 🙂
