A pot of gold with a twist.

We have had another inspection of our home and it seems to be good news this time.

The last report said we had major damage and major disruption to repair it. Now, after yet another team has inspected our home, it seems the decision will be that we are ok, our house and foundations sound, the repair will take weeks not months, and not be as drastic as we had been told earlier.

We are delighted of course as we couldn’t understand how the damage and repair could be so severe when the house feels safe and sound.

The twist is we still have to wait 12 weeks before we know for certain what the final decision will be ………….. but we feel we have made good progress this week.

Hope others in Christchurch are also getting help and starting to feel they are progressing.
