It is good holiday recipe for kids as there is lots of colour and texture, easy ingredients to measure and mix, the anticipation of waiting while it cooks, then cools, then is wrapped and chilled in the fridge overnight, and next day it is sliced and dried ………….. and then it tastes scrummy 🙂
