A lunchtime ride out by myself in the beautiful countryside. I saw a few cyclists, some Heilan' Coos, new lambs, hardly any cars, and even some sunshine.

A nice day to be on the bike, and I'm feeling a little less nervous about the big Bealach climb in 10 days time.
