Well Shane has brought you all up-to-date on our overseas travel plans. This has caused us a number of problems, one being that we don’t own any suitcases that are in a fit state for traveling (they don’t close properly as they have broken zips or there are huge holes in the sides)

So instead of having a year to research and wait for the sales we have needed to purchase a couple of suitcase asap.

Last weekend we ended up in Briscoes, with 10 different cases lined up, and we opened, shut, lifted, wheeled and examined all of them while listening to advice from everyone who came into the department. So after taking this all into account we decided that we would wait until the Easter Sales (the only big sale before we leave)

Anyway yesterday we decided to go out to Porirua Mall and while there we went into the Bag shop. The staff there were really helpful and we came away with the below pictured suitcase (and other assorted travel items)

So, we can know tick one thing off our shopping list.
